Dinner v9.29

Made an interesting dinner tonight. Sauteed garlic and onions, added chunked chicken. Seasoned with chili flakes and cinnamon, salt and pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Added tomatoes, corn, and broccoli, and sauteed shortly. Then made a thin-ish sauce of a sweet chianti jelly (thanks mom!! =D) and milk, tossed elbow macaroni in there and added back in the meat and veggies. Turned our really well. =D Next time, I promise you guys Ill take pictures. Also, eventually when I have a decent video recorder, Ill be making some cooking tutorials and putting them on YouTube. =)
Y'all are awesome.

Steppin Dub

So, lately I've been getting very interested in a form of music called Dubstep. It's pretty impressive, to me at least. It's all synthesized electronics and really rather complex rhythm styles. I enjoy techno, and trance, but this really has something special to it. Something that I find really silly and rather dont enjoy is the term associated with it; "filthy". Sounds really childish to see people posting on YouTube: "OMG, that is SO FILTHY" -.- Oh well. Here's a couple of my favorite tracks. Check em out!

Building a house...

Project for our confections class: Building a gingerbread house. Working hard on coming up with ideas for it, its kind of interesting the way that you have to think around things. Details are challenging simply because of the materials you have to work with. Being limited to candies and chocolate makes you have to work around things.
Btw, you're awesome. ;)
